Board of Trustees Online Postings
The Trinity ISD Board of Trustees uses Boardbook* to host and retain copies of their meetings and the resulting minutes online. They can be accessed using the links located in the orange box to the right.
Online Board Meetings
Pursuant to State and Local Mandates regarding occupancy limitations and social distancing due to Covid-19, attendance in the boardroom will be limited to a first come first admitted basis. Attendees in excess of the allowed capacity will be allowed to view a livestream of the meeting in an alternate meeting room of the building.
Public comment may be made in person by signing up prior to the beginning of the meeting for members of the public in attendance. Public comment for individuals unable to physically attend the meeting may be submitted by sending your comments to Debbie Ogden [email protected] Comments submitted by email will be read aloud during the public comment portion of the meeting.
*BoardBook was developed in 2002 by the Texas Association of School Boards, a statewide, nonprofit association that has served local school boards since 1949. The Association recognized the burden involved in preparing for meetings and efficiently distributing information and created BoardBook as an easy-to-use tool that would be highly flexible to meet the needs of governing boards.
