Trinity ISD provides routine health-related services to students throughout the school year, including first aid and injury evaluation, support during illness or physical symptoms at school, required health screenings, under-the-influence assessments, and health education.
Parents/guardians have the right to decline any of these routine health-related services for their student. If you choose to opt your student out of any of the listed services, please complete the Parent Opt-Out of Health-Related Services Form and return it to your student’s home campus.
Please note that the District will continue to seek appropriate emergency care for a student when required or deemed necessary.
